Car sharing with neighbors in practice
Every user who has been granted access by the administrator can reserve a car. At the beginning of the reservation, the user goes through a step-by-step process to ultimately unlock the car via the slider, without the need for keys. Each trip made is automatically linked to the user's reservation. As a result, only the user can view their own trips.
Management
The administrator of the cooperative has access to the admin panel of Topology. Here, all user conditions, pricing models, reservations, service tickets, and more can be viewed and adjusted. If participants in your cooperative pay for the use of the shared car, Topology will automatically handle the invoicing. Each user sets up their own payment method. At the end of each half or full month, Topology will automatically collect the outstanding amounts and deposit them into the cooperative's account. This eliminates the need for you to manage user payments. If any of your users have not paid, they will not be able to make further bookings. However, the administrator is responsible for collecting any potential fines.
Costs
Skopei strongly supports car-sharing initiatives. Therefore, we apply a fixed fee of 60 euros per car per month for the use of the Vehicle Sharing Box and Topology. This amount is automatically debited from the linked bank account, where rental revenues are also deposited.
